What we collect when you enquire, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated August 27, 2026.
Who we are
Damilola Azeez is a Mortgage Agent, Level 1 arranging mortgages across the Greater Toronto Area. You can reach us on +1 416-668-4943 or at damilola.azeez@cleartrust.ca. We are responsible for the information described here.
Damilola Azeez, Mortgage Agent, Level 1.
Dominion Lending Centres Clear Trust Mortgages, Brokerage Licence #12806.
Independently owned and operated.
What we collect, and when
If you use the enquiry form we ask first for your name, your phone number and your email address. After that we ask about your situation: what you are trying to do, which province and city the property is in, your timing, a broad price or mortgage-balance range, roughly how much you have for a down payment, whether anyone has pre-approved you, your income situation, how you would describe your credit, whether anyone else is on the mortgage, when it suits you to be called, and how you heard about us.
Your contact details reach us as soon as you have entered them, before you finish the rest. That means if you stop partway we may still hold your name, number and email, and we may use them to follow up about the enquiry you started. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete them.
We ask you to describe your credit rather than give us a score, and we never ask for a credit score, a SIN, a date of birth or a bank detail on this page. Anything of that kind belongs in a mortgage application, not on a landing page.
The calculator collects nothing
The figures you put into the calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to us, not stored, and not attached to you in any way. If you then choose to get in touch, we pass along a short note of which calculator you used and the figures you tried, purely so the conversation can start from something real instead of from scratch.
Why we use it
To understand what you need, to look at which lenders fit your situation, and to contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiries land in a private spreadsheet in our own Google account and are emailed to us. The services handling information on our behalf are Google, who store the spreadsheet and send the notification, and Cloudflare, who host this page. Both act on our instructions.
If your enquiry becomes an actual mortgage application, that is a separate process with its own paperwork and its own consents, and your information is then shared with the lenders you agree to apply to. Nothing on this page does that on its own.
Cookies and advertising
The first time you arrive we ask whether you accept our advertising cookie, and nothing is loaded until you answer. If you decline, the Meta pixel is never fetched at all, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the booking page.
If you accept it, we use the Meta pixel. It is a piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, and it records that a browser visited this page and whether the booking form was started or finished. We use it to see whether our ads are working and to show them to people like you. It does not receive the details you type. Meta explains what it does with this in its privacy policy, and you can control ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences, in your browser settings, or with your device's tracking controls.
This page also keeps your answers on your own device while you are filling the form in, so a dropped signal does not make you start again. That copy stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browsing data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, because someone who is not ready this year is often ready the next. Enquiries that are clearly going nowhere are removed. Where a mortgage actually completes, records are kept for the period our regulatory and tax obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email damilola.azeez@cleartrust.ca or call +1 416-668-4943 and we will deal with it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
